With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and corporate legal counsel, he specializes in transactions and investment structuring. He has led due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and has advised local and international clients on real estate development projects and the structuring of complex residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominiums.
Education: Bachelor of Laws (University of Costa Rica), Specialization in Notarial and Registry Law (La Salle University), and Master of Laws in Business Law (University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid). Member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and the National Directorate of Notaries.
